Transfer Photos from iPhone to Mac Without iTunes Installed

In this article, we will show how to transfer photos from iPhone to Mac with the iPhone WiFi Transfer Mac companion not a web browser. This guide applies to both the iPhone and iPod.
One of the most important points is to connect the iPhone and Mac machine to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step1 Run the iPhone WiFi Transfer on the iPhone.

Step2 Tap the “Send” button to send photos to Mac.
Choose the “Send Photos & Videos To: Computer”. Then there will be two device addresses on the iPhone screen.

Step3 Run the Mac companion on the Mac machine and get the iPhone data.

Click the refresh arrow. Then hit the “Manual Entry” to get the following screen.
Input one of the two device addresses as shown on the iPhone screen into the box. If you have iTunes installed, you can choose the first one.

Step4 Select and expand one album to choose photos you need.

Select a folder on Mac .Then Download Selected or Download All photos in this album to your Mac.
After those photos have been downloaded successfully, you can locate them on your Mac.
