Transfer Photos from Mac to iPhone Without iTunes Installed

We have talked how to transfer photos from iPhone to Mac via WiFi network. In this guide, we will show how to transfer photos from Mac to iPhone with the iPhone WiFi Transfer Mac companion not a web browser. This guide applies to both the iPhone and iPod.
One of the most important points is to connect the iPhone and Mac machine to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step1 Run the iPhone WiFi Transfer on the iPhone.

Step2 Tap the “Receive” button to get photos from Mac.

Choose the “Receive From Computer:”. Then there will be two device addresses on the iPhone screen.

Step3 Run the Mac companion on the Mac machine and get the iPhone data.

Click the refresh arrow. Then hit the “Manual Entry” to get the following screen.

Input one of the two device addresses as shown on the iPhone screen into the box. If you have iTunes installed, you can choose the first one.

Step4 Select photos for uploading on Mac.

Click the “Upload to Album” icon. Select an album for your newly uploaded photos. Then “Select Photos and Videos…” on Mac machine.

Step5 Transfer photos form Mac to iPhone

Those selected photos will be uploaded from Mac to iPhone immediately. You can locate them in iPhone Photo Library.
